Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may contact you to confirm details, and we may decline orders where a product requires a professional purchaser or a prescription.

Prices

Prices are shown in AED and exclude 5% VAT, which is added at checkout. Distributor prices apply only to approved accounts.

Payment

We accept cash or card on delivery, bank transfer and online card payment. Distributor credit terms are agreed in writing.

Product use

Products must be stored and used according to the manufacturer's instructions. Product information on this site is not medical advice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the UAE.
